The producers of HAMILTON are determined to combat unauthorised resale and to protect patrons from having to pay highly-inflated prices. Therefore, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres will be operating a new paperless ticketing system, HAMILTON Paperless Ticketing, powered by Ticketmaster, which will prevent computer programmes (‘bots’) from harvesting vast amounts of tickets to make available for resale at inflated prices.

No traditional tickets will be issued in advance (posted). The payment card you use to originally purchase your tickets will gain you admission to the theatre on the night.

When you book, you’ll receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is not a ticket. Upon arrival at the theatre, you’ll be required to present your original email confirmation, your original payment card and a Government-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport as proof of ID. The cardholder must be present and attend the performance.

The theatre will then swipe your card to produce seat location slips which gain you and your party admittance into the auditorium. All members of the party should enter the theatre at the same time. Anyone in your group who arrives after the rest of the group has entered will not be admitted.

What do I need to bring with me to the theatre on the night?

Three things:

·         your original purchase confirmation,

·         the payment card used to make the original purchase

·         an officially-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

You will not be able to enter if you don't have all of these.

I can’t find my original confirmation email - what should I do?

You can generate a receipt for your booking at any time from your Ticketmaster account – find out more about that click here.

What if my credit card expires before the performance?

Please call us on 0333 003 5938 to update your card details to your new card. This phone line will be open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are calling from overseas please call +44 333 003 5938.

Can I give tickets as a gift or issue a Letter of Authorisation for someone else to attend?

Unfortunately not. Hamilton is operating a Ticketless admission system designed to limit the transferability of tickets in order to prevent touting and the unauthorised reselling of tickets at inflated prices. If we allowed people to transfer tickets, it would create a flaw in the reason why the system was adopted.

If you have tickets but your circumstances change, contact us up to 48hrs before a performance and we will cancel and refund your booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.

Harry Styles has announced that he will be doing an arena tour in April 2018. Tickets for the SSE Hydro will go on an Invitation presale at 9am on Wednesday 14th June, for information of the presale for the other venues please check hstyles.co.uk. The general sale is at 9am on Friday 16th June.

Venues and Dates:

Genting Arena, 7th April
Manchester Arena, 9th April
O2 Arena, 11th and 12th April
SSE Hydro, 14th April

What is an Invitation Presale?

Harry cares about his fans and understands there are going to be more people who want to see him on tour than there will be available tickets. He’s committed to getting tickets in the hands of fans. Not touts or bots. So he’s collaborating with Ticketmaster to sell the tickets for the SSE Hydro, through an invitation presale which uses unique technology that allows us to separate fans from touts and bots to distribute tickets more fairly.

We want to help as many of you as possible to see Harry Styles on the European leg of his tour. As the invitation presale approaches, here are some tips to help answer any questions.

Please note: Registering doesn’t automatically qualify you to receive a code. Successful registrants will be entered into a ballot to receive a code. Getting a unique offer code does not guarantee you tickets; they will be served on a first come first served basis.

How do I register for the Invitation Presale?

Go to https://harrystyleseurope.ontouraccess.com/ and enter your details to register. Registration closes on Sunday 11th June at 10pm.

You won’t receive an email until the evening of Tuesday 13th June to let you know if you were successful or not in the ballot for securing an invitation presale code.

Ticket Prices

Prices include booking fee.

Genting Arena: Details not available yet.
Manchester Arena: Details not available yet.

To allow as many fans as possible to see Harry Styles, there is a strict 4 ticket limit per event. Any more tickets purchased on a single code will be voided. Anyone found to have purchased more than 4 tickets for a single event may have all tickets refunded without notification. Fans may register for more than one event. Unfortunately not. We can only discuss a booking that’s been made through us with the original cardholder for the order, so we’d be unable to confirm details from someone else’s order to you, even if you’ve made a separate agreement to buy the tickets from them.

We’d recommend to only buy tickets from a trusted source. You can find more advice about this over on the STAR (Society of Ticket Agents & Retailers) website: www.star.org.uk

For some events, the Lead Booker for the order will have to attend the event in person and the tickets can’t be transferred or passed on.

The Lead Booker is the cardholder for the order – that’s the person named on the card used to pay for the tickets, and is the only name that we take during the checkout process.

If the Lead Booker has to attend for your event, this will be made clear on your website on the event page when you first book.

For most events, you can give tickets as gifts or pass them on to someone else if you can't make it and it isn't a problem – they're yours to do pretty much whatever you like with them!

For really popular events, the event organisers will sometimes put special measures in place that mean the cardholder personally has to attend the event. Don't worry, though – if that's the case we'll always be sure to tell you before you buy any tickets.

What is Ticketfast?

For some events we are able to send the tickets out as Ticketfast etickets. This allows you to print off your tickets and not have to wait for them to arrive through the post or forward the tickets on to a friend.

Why can't I print my tickets?

Due to the nature of some events the tickets aren't available to print until closer to the event. This is because we are still looking at a few final details with the event organisers, so your tickets aren't quite ready yet. We will email you to let you know the tickets are available to print, but if your event is on the list below that mean it isn't available to print yet. We are working hard to resolve this and will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you bought them as a gift, you can always create your very own Ticketmaster Gift Receipt at: www.ticketmaster.co.uk/giftreceipts

The events below are unavailable to print at the moment. If your event isn't listed click here to read how to print them off.

Runtimes are a bit tricky, especially for really big events. With so much going on, the event organisers sometimes don't know themselves until they've done the sound check on the day. Even then, things can change at the last minute. If the running time is confirmed in advance, we'll be sure to post it on our helpdesk, so just search by the name of the band or artist. A lot of venues work to a curfew, so it can be a good idea to check their official website for any details if you need to arrange your travel home.

Theatre shows are a bit different – we've got timings for all the big, long running West End shows, so just click here to look for yours. If a show hasn't started its run yet, we may not get the running time until closer to opening night. Always remember though, timings are subject to change.

We can't offer exchanges or refunds unless an event is cancelled, so we offer you the chance to insure your booking during the checkout process. At this point, you have to either select “Yes” to add insurance, or “No” if you don’t want to. If you don’t select either of the options, we default to “No”, as it's important to us that you're clear on anything being added to your order. We do confirm that insurance is being added to your order along with any extra charges.

If you have booked ticket insurance by accident and you don't need it, please contact Allianz to cancel the policy within 14 days of the booking. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel the policy for you as you are now the policy holder. You can contact Allianz on 0345 641 9726, by email on the form below, or by writing to the address below:

If you're thinking about taking your little ones with you, here's some information to take into account. There are sometimes age restrictions that won't allow children under a certain age into an event, so please check this before buying any tickets.

Unless we specifically say otherwise on the event information page, your children will need their own ticket, even if they'll be sitting on your knee.

Children aged 0-18 months
Very few shows, if any, are aimed at this age group. Even family events and shows aimed at older children can be a bit uncomfortable for children this young.

18 month – 3 years
We wouldn't recommend taking children this young to gigs or concerts, but unless there's a specific age restriction set by the venue or event organisers, this is completely up to you.
For shows aimed at children, the sound levels are generally appropriate for this age group, but do check the event details on our website and get in touch for further advice if you're in any doubt.

3 years and over
We'd always advise to think very carefully before bringing young children to gigs and comedy events that aren't specifically aimed at children. It's important to remember that a live show might be very different to what you see when the act performs on TV. So even if your little ones like the TV show, the live act might not be appropriate. Noise levels may also not be suitable for young children.

Please remember that adults go to gigs and comedy shows to relax and enjoy themselves – if your children aren't used to this type of atmosphere, it may not be an enjoyable experience for them.

Due to the major expansion and restoration of the Victoria Palace Theatre, HAMILTON will now begin previews on Wednesday 6th December until Wednesday 20th December 2017 which is two weeks later than previously announced.

All performances 21 November – 5 December 2017 have been cancelled. Therefore, we need to rebook your tickets into an alternative performance.

A form has been emailed to all customer affected. If you haven't received this email please contact us here so we can resend it to you.

After receiving your form, we will send you an e-mail within 10 working days detailing the best available seats into which we can exchange your tickets from the dates you have selected. These seats will be as close as possible to the location of your original seats.

As a result of this rescheduling, all performances 6 December – 19 December are now classed as preview performances. Standard West End practice is that preview performances (normal performance in every way which simply take place before the press get to review the show) are priced slightly lower than post-press night performances. Therefore, if you have a booking in this period we will be crediting your original payment card with the price differential for your performance. Patrons who hold tickets priced at £57.50 or more will be credited £10 per ticket. Those holding tickets at £37.50 will be credited £5 per ticket. As per the original performance schedule and ticket pricing, the £20 tickets remain unchanged at all performances and therefore no credit will be issued against those.

Customers who booked on the following dates will have their booking transferred to the dates below:

Tuesday 21st November evening has been moved to Wednesday 6th December evening.
Monday 4th December evening has been moved to Thursday 7th December evening.
Tuesday 5th December evening has been moved to Wednesday 13th December evening.
Thursday 21st December evening has been moved to Thursday 14th December evening.
Thursday 21st December matinee has been moved to Tuesday 19th December matinee.

If for any reason customers cannot attend the new performance, please check your emails and complete the online form, or contact us here if you have not received your email.

My seats are in the Royal Circle – where is this?

The Royal Circle is the first tier of seating above the Stalls – this was originally called the Dress Circle. If you’d like to take a look at a seat map, you can do this on our website here.

No traditional tickets will be issued in advance.

When will I receive my tickets?

As HAMILTON is operating paperless ticketing, no tickets will be posted or emailed in advance.

What do I need to bring with me to the theatre on the night?

Three things:

·         your original purchase confirmation,

·         the payment card used to make the original purchase

·         an officially-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

I can’t find my original confirmation email. What should I do?

You can generate a receipt for your booking at any time from your Ticketmaster account – find out more about that click here.

What if my credit card expires before the performance?

Even if your card’s expired, it can still be swiped on your way into the theatre as normal, so please keep hold of the original card if you can.

If you no longer have the original, please call us on 0333 003 5938 to update to your new card details. This phone line will be open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are calling from overseas please call +44 333 003 5938.

What if my card is lost or stolen before the performance?

Please call us on 0333 003 5938 to update to your new card details.

Can I cancel or resell tickets which I can no longer use?

The reselling of any HAMILTON ticket is strictly forbidden. Any ticket offered for resale will be immediately cancelled.

However, if you can no longer attend a performance for a legitimate reason, please contact us up to 48hrs before a performance and we will cancel and refund your booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.

Less than 48hrs before a performance, we can only refund tickets at the producers’ discretion.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different performance?

As above, contact us and, up to 48hrs before a performance, we will cancel and refund your original booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.  We will then book you into an alternative performance, if seats are available.

Less than 48hrs before a performance, we can only refund tickets at the producers’ discretion.

Age Restrictions

Since HAMILTON contains some strong language, the show is appropriate for ages 10+. Children under 4 are not permitted into the theatre. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

How long is the show?

HAMILTON runs 2 hours 45 minutes including one 15-minute interval.

Can I make a Group Booking?

Due to the anticipated high demand for HAMILTON tickets, we are unable to accommodate any group bookings during the first booking period.

Search Tips

You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”

If the results don’t quite answer your question, click the Contact Us tab which will appear once you’ve clicked on an answer. From there, you’ll be able to send a message to our Customer Service team.
