The producers of HAMILTON are determined to combat unauthorised resale and to protect patrons from having to pay highly-inflated prices. Therefore, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres will be operating a new paperless ticketing system, HAMILTON Paperless Ticketing, powered by Ticketmaster, which will prevent computer programmes (‘bots’) from harvesting vast amounts of tickets to make available for resale at inflated prices.

No traditional tickets will be issued in advance (posted). The payment card you use to originally purchase your tickets will gain you admission to the theatre on the night.

When you book, you’ll receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is not a ticket. Upon arrival at the theatre, you’ll be required to present your original email confirmation, your original payment card and a Government-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport as proof of ID. The cardholder must be present and attend the performance.

The theatre will then swipe your card to produce seat location slips which gain you and your party admittance into the auditorium. All members of the party should enter the theatre at the same time. Anyone in your group who arrives after the rest of the group has entered will not be admitted.

What do I need to bring with me to the theatre on the night?

Three things:

·         your original purchase confirmation,

·         the payment card used to make the original purchase

·         an officially-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

You will not be able to enter if you don't have all of these.

I can’t find my original confirmation email. What should I do?

You can generate a receipt for your booking at any time from your Ticketmaster account – find out more about that click here.

What if my credit card expires before the performance?

We will always try and contact patrons whose payment card expires between the time of the booking and the day of the performance so that a new card number can be applied to the booking. This new card number will then become the valid card associated with that booking and the new card is the one which needs to be presented at the theatre on the night of the performance. The payment will remain on the original card. No debits or charges will be made on the new card.

Although we will make best endeavours to contact you, we may not have your most up-to-contact details. Therefore, you will also need to be aware of changes to your own card details. If you have not heard from us, please contact us in order for your card details to be updated and make sure there are no hold ups in you entering the theatre.

Can I give tickets as a gift or issue a Letter of Authorisation for someone else to attend?

Unfortunately not. Hamilton is operating a Ticketless admission system designed to limit the transferability of tickets in order to prevent touting and the unauthorised reselling of tickets at inflated prices. If we allowed people to transfer tickets, it would create a flaw in the reason why the system was adopted.

If you have tickets but your circumstances change, contact us up to 48hrs before a performance and we will cancel and refund your booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.

What is an Invitation Presale?

Harry cares about his fans and understands there are going to be more people who want to see him on tour than there will be available tickets. He’s committed to getting tickets in the hands of fans. Not touts or bots. So he’s collaborating with Ticketmaster to sell the tickets for the SSE Hydro, through an invitation presale which uses unique technology that allows us to separate fans from touts and bots to distribute tickets more fairly.

We want to help as many of you as possible to see Harry Styles on the European leg of his tour. As the invitation presale approaches, here are some tips to help answer any questions.

Please note: Registering doesn’t automatically qualify you to receive a code. Successful registrants will be entered into a ballot to receive a code. Getting a unique offer code does not guarantee you tickets; they will be served on a first come first served basis.

We can only announce a change once it's been confirmed to us by the venue or promoter. So if you've seen something on the venue's website, the band's Facebook page or anywhere else but it's not posted here yet or you haven’t been contacted by us, don't worry.  It might be that we’re just finalising details, but we'll contact all customers with information of the alteration and update the information on here! There are no additional elements to a Ticketmaster Platinum Ticket purchase such as hospitality or merchandise.

For most events, you can give tickets as gifts or pass them on to someone else if you can't make it and it isn't a problem – they're yours to do pretty much whatever you like with them!

For really popular events, the event organisers will sometimes put special measures in place that mean the cardholder personally has to attend the event. Don't worry, though – if that's the case we'll always be sure to tell you before you buy any tickets.

What is Ticketfast?

For some events we are able to send the tickets out as Ticketfast etickets. This allows you to print off your tickets and not have to wait for them to arrive through the post or forward the tickets on to a friend.

Why can't I print my tickets?

Due to the nature of some events the tickets aren't available to print until closer to the event. This is because we are still looking at a few final details with the event organisers, so your tickets aren't quite ready yet. We will email you to let you know the tickets are available to print, but if your event is on the list below that mean it isn't available to print yet. We are working hard to resolve this and will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you bought them as a gift, you can always create your very own Ticketmaster Gift Receipt at: www.ticketmaster.co.uk/giftreceipts

The events below are unavailable to print at the moment. If your event isn't listed click here to read how to print them off.

Runtimes are a bit tricky, especially for really big events. With so much going on, the event organisers sometimes don't know themselves until they've done the sound check on the day. Even then, things can change at the last minute. If the running time is confirmed in advance, we'll be sure to post it on our helpdesk, so just search by the name of the band or artist. A lot of venues work to a curfew, so it can be a good idea to check their official website for any details if you need to arrange your travel home.

Theatre shows are a bit different – we've got timings for all the big, long running West End shows, so just click here to look for yours. If a show hasn't started its run yet, we may not get the running time until closer to opening night. Always remember though, timings are subject to change.

We can't offer exchanges or refunds unless an event is cancelled, so we offer you the chance to insure your booking during the checkout process. At this point, you have to either select “Yes” to add insurance, or “No” if you don’t want to. If you don’t select either of the options, we default to “No”, as it's important to us that you're clear on anything being added to your order. We do confirm that insurance is being added to your order along with any extra charges.

If you have booked ticket insurance by accident and you don't need it, please contact Allianz to cancel the policy within 14 days of the booking. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel the policy for you as you are now the policy holder. You can contact Allianz on 0345 641 9726, by email on the form below, or by writing to the address below:

If you're thinking about taking your little ones with you, here's some information to take into account. There are sometimes age restrictions that won't allow children under a certain age into an event, so please check this before buying any tickets.

Unless we specifically say otherwise on the event information page, your children will need their own ticket, even if they'll be sitting on your knee.

Children aged 0-18 months
Very few shows, if any, are aimed at this age group. Even family events and shows aimed at older children can be a bit uncomfortable for children this young.

18 month – 3 years
We wouldn't recommend taking children this young to gigs or concerts, but unless there's a specific age restriction set by the venue or event organisers, this is completely up to you.
For shows aimed at children, the sound levels are generally appropriate for this age group, but do check the event details on our website and get in touch for further advice if you're in any doubt.

3 years and over
We'd always advise to think very carefully before bringing young children to gigs and comedy events that aren't specifically aimed at children. It's important to remember that a live show might be very different to what you see when the act performs on TV. So even if your little ones like the TV show, the live act might not be appropriate. Noise levels may also not be suitable for young children.

Please remember that adults go to gigs and comedy shows to relax and enjoy themselves – if your children aren't used to this type of atmosphere, it may not be an enjoyable experience for them.

HAMILTON is coming to the West End! Preview shows will be taking place from the 21st November 2017 to 6th December. Opening night is 7th December running to 30th June 2018 for the first booking period at Victoria Palace Theatre. Tickets will go on priority presale on Monday 16th January at 12pm GMT for customers who have registered through the Hamilton website in late 2016, and ends at 23:59 GMT on 23rd January 2017. Tickets will then be available to the general public from 30th January at 12pm GMT.

We expect demand for HAMILTON tickets to be exceptionally high so click here for some helpful tip to speed up the booking process.

No traditional tickets will be issued in advance.

Ticket Prices

There will be Preview performances from 21st November to 6th December 2017.
Tickets will be priced £32.50, £47.50 or £79.50. Premium tickets will be available at £127.50, with £190 on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd December 2017.

From the 7th December 2017 tickets will be priced£37.50, £57.50 or £89.5. Premium tickets will be available at £137.50 and £200.

Daily Lottery Tickets will be available on the day at the box office at the theatre for £20 each – these are limited to 2 per person.
Weekly Lottery Tickets will be available for performances taking place the following online for £37.50 each – again limited to 2 per person.

There will be no additional booking fees. All ticket prices include a £1.25 theatre restoration levy.

Ticket Limts

During the Priority booking period, there is a strictly-enforced limit of 4 tickets per person, per booking period.

For the general on-sale on 30 January, the limit rises to 6 tickets per person, per booking period.

These restrictions are in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets to HAMILTON.

PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled without consideration.

Disabled Access

Please click here for more disabled access information.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

Unfortunately as customers need to take the payment card and ID, gift cards and Theatre tokens can’t be accepted as payment as the bookings must be linked to a payment card which will be swiped on entry to the theatre.

When will I receive my tickets?

Remember, HAMILTON is operating paperless ticketing - therefore no tickets will be posted or emailed in advance.

What do I need to bring with me to the theatre on the night?

Three things:

·         your original purchase confirmation,

·         the payment card used to make the original purchase

·         an officially-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

What if my card is lost or stolen before the performance?

If the account number on your reissued card differs from the one you originally used to purchase the tickets with, you will need to contact us in advance of the performance in order that they can add your new card number to your booking.  This new card number will then become the valid card associated with that booking and the new card is the one which needs to be presented at the theatre on the night of the performance. The payment will remain on the original card. No debits or charges will be made on the new card.

Can I cancel or resell tickets which I can no longer use?

The reselling of any HAMILTON ticket is strictly forbidden. Any ticket offered for resale will be immediately cancelled.

However, if you can no longer attend a performance for a legitimate reason, please contact us up to 48hrs before a performance and we will cancel and refund your booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.

Less than 48hrs before a performance, we can only refund tickets at the producers’ discretion.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different performance?

As above, contact us and, up to 48hrs before a performance, we will cancel and refund your original booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.  We will then book you into an alternative performance, if seats are available.

Less than 48hrs before a performance, we can only refund tickets at the producers’ discretion.

Age Restrictions

Since HAMILTON contains some strong language, the show is appropriate for ages 10+. Children under 4 are not permitted into the theatre. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

How long is the show?

HAMILTON runs 2 hours 45 minutes including one 15-minute interval.

Can I make a Group Booking?

Due to the anticipated high demand for HAMILTON tickets, we are unable to accommodate any group bookings during the first booking period.

Search Tips

You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”

If the results don’t quite answer your question, click the Contact Us tab which will appear once you’ve clicked on an answer. From there, you’ll be able to send a message to our Customer Service team.
