Can’t find what you’re looking for?

We'll send your tickets out as soon as we get the go ahead to print from the client, or when we receive the stock from the client. As we do not have overall control of the fulfilment process it's quite difficult at times to be exact with dispatch dates. However the latest you should receive them is around 5 days before the event.

We'll keep our Ticket Dispatch page updated for all the big events happening across the UK over the next few months, so be sure to check back there for general information. If your event isn't on the dispatch page don't worry, we're adding more events all the time.

To check if your order's on its way out yet, just log into My Ticketmaster and go to your order history – the Order Status in your account will change to show that your tickets have been printed, and the latest you should receive them is around 5 days before the event. Please keep in mind that this status won't change again - tickets have been printed and are on their way.

We always try and send the tickets out as soon as possible but sometimes we need to wait for ticket stock to come from the event organisers or venues, especially for festivals and other big events. In cases like this we sometimes receive the ticket stock in batches and so to prevent any delays we’ll print and dispatch as many tickets as that batch will allow.

These batches are printed off in various ways: sometimes specific seating blocks within the venue are printed together; sometimes orders are printed off alphabetically by surname or sometimes the event organisers will even request the order in which we print tickets. We usually have no say on what order the tickets are printed so sometimes a friend who has booked after you may have their tickets printed before you. If this does happen don’t worry as we will try and send them as soon as possible. If you still haven’t received them 5 days before the event please get in touch and we’ll locate your tickets.

We can change your tickets to posted just click contact us above and send the request through.

You will need contact us at least a month before the event, just to make sure we have enough time to change the tickets to postage and send the tickets out.

For some events the Ticketfast charge is cheaper than the postage charge, so if we need to charge you any extra we will let you know.

Ticket will be posted as soon as possible, but the latest to expect them is 5 day before the event.

Please note that tickets for events at the Etihad Stadium can only be sent by Ticketfast and can't be changed over to post.

The producers of HAMILTON are determined to combat unauthorised resale and to protect patrons from having to pay highly-inflated prices. Therefore, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres will be operating a new paperless ticketing system, HAMILTON Paperless Ticketing, powered by Ticketmaster, which will prevent computer programmes (‘bots’) from harvesting vast amounts of tickets to make available for resale at inflated prices.

No traditional tickets will be issued in advance (posted). The payment card you use to originally purchase your tickets will gain you admission to the theatre on the night.

When you book, you’ll receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is not a ticket. Upon arrival at the theatre, you’ll be required to present your original email confirmation, your original payment card and a Government-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport as proof of ID. The cardholder must be present and attend the performance.

The theatre will then swipe your card to produce seat location slips which gain you and your party admittance into the auditorium. All members of the party should enter the theatre at the same time. Anyone in your group who arrives after the rest of the group has entered will not be admitted.

What do I need to bring with me to the theatre on the night?

Three things:

·         your original purchase confirmation,

·         the payment card used to make the original purchase

·         an officially-issued photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

You will not be able to enter if you don't have all of these.

I can’t find my original confirmation email - what should I do?

You can generate a receipt for your booking at any time from your Ticketmaster account – find out more about that click here.

What if my credit card expires before the performance?

Please call us on 0333 003 5938 to update your card details to your new card. This phone line will be open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are calling from overseas please call +44 333 003 5938.

Can I give tickets as a gift or issue a Letter of Authorisation for someone else to attend?

Unfortunately not. Hamilton is operating a Ticketless admission system designed to limit the transferability of tickets in order to prevent touting and the unauthorised reselling of tickets at inflated prices. If we allowed people to transfer tickets, it would create a flaw in the reason why the system was adopted.

If you have tickets but your circumstances change, contact us up to 48hrs before a performance and we will cancel and refund your booking subject to a cancellation fee of £3.00 per ticket.

Tickets usually go on sale a few months in advance, so we understand that you may move house in the meantime and need to update the address we have on record for you. We’re always happy to update this for you if the tickets haven’t been printed, but once they’ve entered into the dispatch process, unfortunately it isn’t possible for us to make any changes, so they will go to the address you provided when you booked.

My tickets have been sent by standard post

If your tickets that have gone out standard post, please check at your old address to see if the they’ve arrived. If they haven’t, don’t worry – just let us know and we’ll look into arranging replacements for you to pick up from the venue on the day.

My tickets have gone out secure post

If your tickets have been sent out by secure post, that’s because they’re not replaceable if they go missing – we use the secure postage method to make sure they can be tracked. Royal Mail will send you a text and email with your tracking details and let you know when they expect to deliver, so you’ll be able to track this on the Royal Mail website.

Royal Mail will need a signature on delivery, but anyone at the address can sign for them on the first attempt, so if you’ve moved, the new home owner or tenant will be able to sign for the tickets. If they’re signed for, you’ll need to collect them from your old address.

If there’s no one to sign for the tickets and no neighbours available to take the delivery, they’ll be held at the local delivery office for you to pick them up. Don’t worry if you don’t have your “While You Were Out” card – you can still collect the tickets with the tracking number that Royal Mail have sent to you, and some ID (such as a credit or debit card, a valid passport or driving license). Or you can contact Royal Mail and they’ll try to have the tickets available to collect from a different delivery office that’s more convenient for you.

If the tickets aren’t collected from the delivery office, they’ll be returned to us. As soon as we receive the tickets back, we’ll contact you to arrange either re-sending them to your new address (with a charge) or making them available to pick up from the box office at the venue. If the tickets arrive back to us close to the event date, it may not be possible to re-send them so we could only offer box office collection at that point.

Please make sure you check you tracking number on Royal Mail’s website to make sure your tickets are on their way back – if they’ve not sent back yet, you should still be able to collect them from the delivery office.

I have a redirect to my new address

Royal Mail will redirect the tickets to your new address.

What is Ticketfast?

For some events we are able to send the tickets out as Ticketfast etickets. This allows you to print off your tickets and not have to wait for them to arrive through the post or forward the tickets on to a friend.

Why can't I print my tickets?

Due to the nature of some events the tickets aren't available to print until closer to the event. This is because we are still looking at a few final details with the event organisers, so your tickets aren't quite ready yet. We will email you to let you know the tickets are available to print, but if your event is on the list below that mean it isn't available to print yet. We are working hard to resolve this and will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you bought them as a gift, you can always create your very own Ticketmaster Gift Receipt at: www.ticketmaster.co.uk/giftreceipts

The events below are unavailable to print at the moment. If your event isn't listed click here to read how to print them off.

If we're sending your tickets overseas, take a look here for any information you might need. You can usually choose to have your tickets sent out by standard airmail, or pay a bit more for us to send them securely with UPS or DHL.

What is UPS/DHL International Secure Courier?
This is a guaranteed delivery service with a tracking facility so that if you live outside the UK, you can get your tickets securely. They'll need a signature on delivery, so this service isn't available for PO Box addresses.

Is UPS/DHL International dispatch always available?
We offer airmail and UPS or DHL for international customers on all events, but if you book fairly close to the date of the event you may be asked to pick your tickets up from the box office instead.

Will I be contacted when my tickets have been sent?
If you chose UPS or DHL International dispatch, we'll send you an email when your tickets are ready to go out confirming your UPS tracking number and details of how to contact us in the unlikely event that your tickets don't arrive in time.

What should I do if I haven't received my tickets?
We know it can be worrying if you're travelling a long way to get to a show, so if you haven't received your tickets by 5 days before you're setting off to the UK, contact us. Please only email us 5 days before you are leaving your address as we are unable to get the tickets sent out any quicker.

Unfortunately that's not something we can arrange. We'll always send your tickets out as soon as it's possible, but usually have to wait for the ticket stock from the venue or event organisers.

Even with the ticket stock in, due to the sheer volume of tickets that we send out every day and as we print bookings in batches – it's not really feasible for us to single out one booking to print it on its own. Please check our dispatch page to see if we have started dispatching your tickets.

This is why we do advise at the time of booking that tickets can be sent up to 5 days before the event. As we can't guarantee tickets to be delivered in time for Birthdays or Christmas.

If you bought tickets as a gift and you don't think you'll have them in time to put inside a card, you can still surprise your loved ones and kick off the build up to the event by creating your very own official Ticketmaster Gift Receipt.

We send most of our tickets out by standard post, so they'll usually arrive within 72 hours of being sent.

If you've booked standing tickets, or tickets to big open air events like a festival, we'll usually send them by secure post with Royal Mail. If we send your tickets securely, it's usually because we can't replace them if they go missing on their way to you. You should receive an email with your tracking details when your tickets go out, and they should arrive within 48 hours of being sent.

If you live outside the UK, we can send your tickets either by airmail or DHL Secure Courier.

If you missed your ticket delivery, Royal Mail will be holding them for you at your local delivery office.

They should have left a calling card when they tried to deliver – just use the tracking details on the card to arrange a free redelivery at www.royalmail.com/redelivery, or by calling 08457 740 740.

If you'd prefer, you can just pop into your local delivery office and pick the tickets up in person – you'll some ID along with the calling card they left. If you're not sure which delivery office your tickets are being held at, enter your tracking number here.

If you don't pick your tickets up from the delivery office they will be returned to us after 14 days. Click here for more information on what happens next.

If you chose standard post, please give it until 5 days before the event for your tickets to arrive – even once they've left us, it can sometimes take a little longer than expected to get to you through the post. Don't worry though – if they still haven't arrived by 5 days before, just get in touch and we'll make sure you gain entry.

If you chose secure post, you should get an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number once they've been sent. If you haven't heard from us or Royal Mail and our update says all the tickets have been dispatched, be sure to get in touch so we can help you track them – you can't gain entry without them, so it's really important you let us know so we can try and help.

Paperless Tickets - Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before you proceed to booking: by continuing to the booking page you are agreeing to all the terms set out below.

Please that Hamilton does has a few different paperless requirements. Please click here for more information.

Please remember that no paper tickets will be sent in the post.

Events have a strict ticket limit which is strictly enforced. This limit will be detailed on the event page.

Terms and conditions;
1. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
2. No paper tickets will be mailed out. To enter the venue, each purchaser and any person accompanying them to the show must be present at the venue on the night of the show. There are no exceptions to this.
3. Each purchaser must provide the actual credit/debit card used for the purchase along with valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) in order to enter the event. The name on your photo ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used for the ticket purchase, otherwise you will be refused entry to the event. The cardholder must be present at the time of entry into the event and must be attending the event.
4. The original conditions of sale will be enforced. These tickets are non-transferable under any circumstances and any transfer, or attempted transfer, will invalidate the ticket purchase.

All ticket purchases are subject to the standard terms and conditions and Purchase Policy of Ticketmaster (UK) Limited, accessible at www.ticketmaster.co.uk/legal/purchase.html, as well as these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will apply.

We are doing our best to keep the tickets for this event out of the hands of secondary ticket sellers and in the hands of the fans so please help us by adhering to the above.

If you chose secure post when you booked, your tickets will be sent out with the Royal Mail Tracked service, which takes 48 hours from being posted. Tickets will need a signature on delivery, but if you're not home they may be left with a neighbour. More details on that here, or a while you were out card will be posted asking you to collect your tickets from your nearest delivery office. If you don't have a card you can use your tracker and some ID to collect your tickets.

If you give us an email address and a mobile when you book, Royal Mail will email and text you with your tracking details – as always, if you haven't received your tickets by 5 days before the event, get in touch to let us know.

If they can't leave them with a neighbour the tickets will be returned to the sorting office for you to collect. If you don't collect your tickets they will be returned to us, and Royal Mail will try to contact you to inform you. Click here on what to do if your tickets are being sent back.

What is MobileTicket?
This is a new way to quickly receive the event tickets that you buy on Ticketmaster.co.uk.

Rather than having tickets posted to you, or collecting them from the box office, a web link is sent to your mobile phone in a text message. To access your MobileTicket, simply click on the link (your phone must have access to the Internet). The mobile number you enter to retrieve your MobileTicket will only be used to deliver the web link SMS.

The MobileTicket is valid to admit you and any other members of your party to the event.

This is currently only available on certain events.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q. How does MobileTicket work?
A. If MobileTicket is available on the event you are buying tickets for, it will display as a delivery option.
Step 1: Select MobileTicket delivery.
Step 2: Tell us the phone number of your handset.
Step 3: Receive the web link in a text message.
Step 4: Take your phone to the event, access your MobileTicket via the web link, and show it at the entrance where it will be scanned as you are admitted.

Q. How long does it take to receive my MobileTicket?
A. As soon as you have supplied your mobile number, we aim to deliver the barcode within 24 hours, but it is usually much quicker than that.

Q. Does everyone in my party have to arrive together?
A. No. If you have purchased more than one ticket in a single order, your MobileTicket is still valid to admit all members of your party. If one or more of your guests need to enter separately simply:
1. Give us a call on 08444 999 999.
2. Tell us the number of the phone belonging to your guest(s) - remember: they must have access to the Internet via their handset.
3. We will send a duplicate text message to your guest(s), at no extra charge.

Q. Why can't I forward the barcode myself to any of my guests not entering with me?
A. It is better to let us do it for you. This is to make sure the venue is aware of how many separate parties they should expect for a single order. That way, you avoid additional waiting time at the entrance.

Q. What if I lose my phone, or if it's stolen, or if I upgrade to a new handset?
A. Just give us a call. Let us know if your replacement phone has a new number, and we will take care of getting a replacement MobileTicket to you, at no additional charge. In most cases, we will invalidate the original barcode that we sent to you to make sure that any new owner of your old phone cannot use your tickets.

If you chose standard post, please give it until 3 days before the event for your tickets to arrive – even once they've left us, it can sometimes take a bit longer than expected to get through the postal network. If you chose secure post, Royal Mail will email you with your tracking details once your tickets have gone out. We’ll always try to send your tickets as soon as possible – however, as your tickets have much further to travel, it will take a bit longer for them to arrive with you.

We’d recommend that you wait until around a week before you’re due to travel to the UK – if you still haven’t received your tickets by that point, let us know and we’ll be happy to help you track the delivery.

Alternatively, if you’d find it more convenient to collect your tickets from the box office at the venue on the night of show, let us know and we’ll see if that’s available for you instead.

We often receive the tickets directly from the venue or promoter and sometimes they don't arrive with us until a lot closer to the day of the event. As soon as we do receive the tickets, we'll get them printed and on their way to you.

Gift Box is an option that will available on the delivery page when booking online. Tickets will be posted to the billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event.

Tickets will be sent with a gift box and is ideal if you want to gift the tickets as a special present. The gift box will be sent by first class mail.

The box is included with the tickets, but will not be sent packaged. As such, your tickets will need to be sent to the billing address first, packaged in the box and then forwarded to the gift recipient.

As we print off and dispatch so many tickets a day we are unable to email you to let you know when your tickets were sent.

If your tickets are being sent by secure mail you should get an email from Royal Mail or UPS with your tracking number and an expected delivery date.

If your tickets are being sent by standard post and you booked through your online account you can check your online account for dispatch updates. If your tickets are processing this means we've started the dispatch process and the tickets will be sent soon if not already. Unfortunately, we're unable to update this to say if the tickets have been sent.

If you haven't received your tickets 5 days before the event please get in touch and we'll try to help!

Mobile Tickets are a great way to receive your tickets, almost instantly. Rather than having tickets posted or queuing to pick them up from the box office, we'll just send you a text with a barcode. The barcode is then scanned as you go into the event.

How long does it take to receive my Mobile Ticket?
We aim to deliver the barcode within 24 hours of you booking, but it's usually much quicker than that.

Why do you need to know the make and model of my phone?
We need to make sure that the barcode is formatted properly so that the scanners recognise it when you arrive on the night. Supplying the make and model means that we can make sure the barcode is the right size to avoid any problems when you arrive.

Does everyone in the group have to arrive together?
Nope. If you've bought more than one ticket on a single booking, we'll send you a single barcode that's valid to admit everyone in the group – the staff on the door just scan the barcode once for every member of the party. If you're not all arriving together just get in touch with Customer Services to let us know the make and model of your guest's phone and we'll send them a duplicate ticket at no extra charge.

Why can't I just forward the barcode myself?
It's best to let us do it for you – we'll reformat the barcode so that it's optimised for your guest's phone. That way, you know there won't be any problems on the night.

What if I lose my phone or I've had a new handset?
Just get in touch with us, let us know your new phone number, make and model and we'll be sure to get a replacement Mobile Ticket to you at no extra charge. If your phone was stolen we'll also invalidate the original barcode that we sent, just to be sure that it can't be used.

For some venues we are able to send tickets out by email instead of by post. However you have to select this at the time of booking as the delivery option as it can't be added later.

Not all venues can offer Ticketfast tickets, so if only postage was available it means we were unable to send the tickets as email.

We’ll always try to send as many tickets as possible by standard post, as we know you’d prefer to keep costs as low as possible. We’ll only ever send your tickets by secure post if we’re not able to replace them if they were to go missing somewhere on their way to you.

We know it’s not likely that tickets will go missing in the post, but it can sometimes happen and we don’t want you to be stuck without a way of getting into your event. Where tickets can’t be replaced, we’ll always use secure post so that the delivery can be tracked.

We know it might be more convenient to receive all your tickets together in one envelope, but unfortunately it isn’t possible for us to combine bookings. For most of our events, we have to wait for the tickets to arrive in with us from a third party. If you’ve booked for a number of different events, it’s unlikely that we’d have the tickets for all of them ready to send at the same time. This could cause lengthy delays, so it’s actually much quicker to send them out separately.

Even if you’ve made a number of different bookings for the same event, the tickets are printed in batches so they may not all be printed at the same time. As we send over 30,000 tickets every day, unfortunately it just isn’t physically possible for us to single out your individual bookings to pop them in the same envelope together.

We send all of our tickets in blank, windowed envelopes – the envelopes don’t mention Ticketmaster at all, not even in the return address on the back. Worth keeping in mind though that there might be logos on the tickets themselves, so there’s a small chance this might be visible through the window on the envelope.

If you’re worried about spoiling the surprise, we could always send them to a different delivery address – more info on that here!

Sometimes the event organisers will ask us to use paperless tickets, to make sure as many genuine fans as possible get the chance to book. Please remember that this means no paper tickets will be sent in the post.

Please note that Hamilton does has a few different paperless requirements. Please click here for more information.

How does it work?
When you book for a show, the card you use to pay will then act as your tickets to get you in on the night. It's all very clever – your card details are just transferred securely onto the scanning system at the venue, so on the night they just swipe your card, check it against your ID to make sure you are who you say you are, then you're in. No paper tickets through the post and no going to the box office to pick your tickets up.
One thing to remember – your whole group will need to arrive together. As the cardholder, you're the important one! Your guests will need to arrive with you to get in.
Virtual credit cards won't work as there's nothing to scan on the night – you'll need to use a physical card that you can take along with you.

Can I authorise someone else to use my tickets?
You can't – paperless tickets are designed to stop tickets from being passed on or resold, so this would make it too easy for resellers to get round the system. Please only buy tickets if you’re sure you're definitely going to the event. If your circumstances can change quite quickly, maybe you should leave it up to someone else in the group to book the tickets.
We will try to help where we can though – we know that things can come up, so if your circumstances do change, get in touch with our customer services team and we'll try to help.

What if I go to the entrance with my kids and swipe my card – can they go in without me?
This isn't allowed – you, as the cardholder, actually have to go into the venue, watch the show and have a good time. If your kids ask you to book tickets for them and it's a paperless event, they'll have to make the booking on their own card if they want to go without you being there.
Don't forget, we accept debit cards as well as credit cards, so under 18s can still make a booking.

Can I transfer my order onto another card?
We can only ever transfer onto another card if the one you booked with has expired. It would still have to be in your name and address, so we can't transfer onto someone else's card.

What do I need to take with me on the night?
Confirmation of booking.
The credit/debit card used to buy the tickets.
State issued photo ID – that's a driving license or passport.

What if I don't have a passport or driving license?
It's going to be really strict on the night, so you will need some state issued photo ID. If you can't provide the right ID, you might not get in – and we can't refund unless the event actually gets cancelled. To avoid problems, if you don't have any photo ID, it's best to get someone else in your group to order the tickets.

Will I get any paper tickets before the show?
No, sorry! If it's a paperless event, just bring yourself, your card, photo ID and your reference number.

What if my friends won't be there until later?
The whole group does need to go in together. If your friends are late and you go in without them, they won't get in.

What if my card is expired or it's been lost?
We'll always try and contact everyone whose card is due to expire before the day of the event so that you can add your new card details to the booking. You can then get into the event with your new card.
We might not always be able to contact you though – and we won't know you've lost your card until you tell us – so please remember to get in touch once you've got your new card.

If your tickets are on their way back to us, we should receive them fairly soon. As soon as we do get them back, we’ll be in touch with you to let you know – from there, we can look into resending them or making them available for you to pick up from the box office at the venue when you arrive for your event.

We can’t make any arrangements until we have the tickets back, so it’s best to wait until you hear from us confirming that they’ve arrived in our offices. However, if you still haven’t heard anything from us by 5 days before your event, please let us know and we can look into it further for you.

What is a Collector Ticket?
The Collector Ticket is a colourful plastic credit card sized ticket – it’s a collectible souvenir with an exclusive design for your event, and it comes with a lanyard so you can wear it!

Can I order one Collector Ticket and one normal ticket?
Not at the moment, sorry! The way we print and pack tickets means that the entire order would either have to be Collector Tickets or standard.

How much does a Collector Ticket cost?
It’s just an extra £5.95 per ticket, and you’ll have a great souvenir for your event!

When will I receive my Collector Tickets?
The latest you should expect your Collector Tickets is around 1 week before the show, but we do aim to send them out much sooner wherever possible. We can’t arrange delivery for a specific date, but please don’t worry, as we’ll make sure the tickets are in your hands before the show! If you still don’t have your tickets by 1 week before please check our dispatch page here for more info.

How do Collector Tickets work?
It’s pretty similar to normal tickets! If you've ordered 4 Collector Tickets, you’ll receive 4 passes and 4 lanyards – they’ll have a barcode on, which will be scanned on your way into the event.

Do I have to wear the Collector Ticket around my neck?
You don’t have to, but we’d recommend it just so you don’t lose it – we can’t send you a replacement if it goes missing. You’ll need to keep your ticket with you during the event, so you can show it to security if they ask.

Search Tips

You can search using a single word or phrase, just like you would with a search engine. So for example, if you’re event’s been cancelled, just type in the name of your event and we’ll bring up all the information we have.

Or you can actually ask us a question and our system will give you a list of answers. For the best results, make your questions clear – for example, “when will you send my tickets?” or “what type of cards do you accept?”

If the results don’t quite answer your question, click the Contact Us tab which will appear once you’ve clicked on an answer. From there, you’ll be able to send a message to our Customer Service team.
